| COTES DU RHONE - ANDÉOL SALAVERT 2002 Côtes du Rhône, like many French specialties, is a conglomeration of 5 or 6 different grapes, and each version has different proportions of each. Just like the French ! I have always liked liked Rhone wines, and this is no exception. Good deep colour but the wine is subtle and flexible. |

Tempranillo is the predominant grape in Rioja,and only a 200 miles or so east of the most famous Spanish wine-growing region, this isn't far off the real thing! |

WOLF BLASS RED LABEL CHARDONNAY SEMILLON 2005 - South
East Australia I couldn't get a decent picture of the Wolf Blass anywhere so instead I thought you'd all like a nice piccie of an Eagle!! Not their most well known wine this, but I like the blend of Chardonnay and Semillon - a bit of tang from the Semillon and fruit from the Chardonnay. |
